Camp Content
Every day will involve two sessions of netball with each lasting approximately two hours. These will include a variety of small games, drills and match play. There will be fun events during the lunch times such as quizzes or competitions and the chance to develop sports skills through different complimentary activities.
Tuesday
Ball skills, catching and passing under pressure and accurately. Generic movement skills and turning. Interval training.
Wednesday
Attacking skills, getting free and working individually and as a unit. Shooting. Continuous training.
Thursday
Defending skills, man to man marking, off marking and zoning. Intercepting. Defending the shot. Speed agility training.
Friday
Team tactic and strategies. Psychology of netball and intensity of match play. Application of all areas developed.

Booking Information
There are two ways to book your place on an Internetball Camp. As soon as payment has been received a booking is reserved, but it is not complete until the booking form has been received. All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
1) Pay via PayPal and email or post in the booking form and passport sized photograph to Internetball, jo.munnion@internetball.co.uk.
2) Print off a booking form and post this along with a cheque made payable to "Internetball" and a passport sized photograph to Internetball, 39 Crofters Close, East Hunsbury, Northampton, NN4 0BJ.
