Internetball Workshops

We are currently developing our coach education programme and look forward to bring a range of workshops soon. Most of our topics are listed below. Some of these are practical sessions where the delivery involves activity from either the coaches or demonstrating players and others are theory sessions.

Custom Designed Workshops

We will create workshops specifically to meet your needs. If you get in contact and let us know the details, we will work with you to design a workshop that meets the needs of your group. We have given a few examples below of popular solutions:

Custom Option A
5 - 25 coaches, classroom based
Theory session involving video analysis and netball theory delivered and
debated in a classroom based session. Resources supplied.
Example: Local Club, 5 coaches, 2 hour session, technical skills: £70 (not including room hire and travel).

Custom Option B
Up to 5 coaches, sportshall based (club training night)
Practical session as the tutor delivers a session to the squad and throughout this asks questions and talks through their delivery with the observing coaches. This is then followed with a debrief where questions are answered and areas discussed.
Example: Regional Club, 5 coaches, 2.5 hours, attacking strategies: £80 (not including facilities and travel).

Custom Option C

12 coaches & 18 players, sportshall based
Coaches and players working at the same workshop! Coaches take part in theory work and then deliver to players in small groups. This is observed and reflection occurs.
Match play with analysis from coaches and observation of tutors delivering.
Example: County area and league arranged this workshop, variety of coaches and players from local level teams, 10 coaches, 16 players, 4 hours, circle defence: £300 (not including facilities and travel)

All options are time, content, ability, number and tutor specific...
so prices vary according to the design.
